What information is needed to identify a bearing housing?
Provide the complete code and suffixes, every visible marking, shaft or bearing interface, mounting dimensions, clear photos, quantity and equipment/application context.
Can two housings with a similar appearance be interchanged?
Not safely from appearance alone. Bearing interface, centre height, bolt pattern, envelope, seals, lubrication and locking arrangement may differ.
Should I request the housing only or a complete mounted unit?
State the required scope. A complete unit also depends on the insert bearing, locking method, seals, internal details and lubrication arrangement.
What if the old code is unreadable?
Use the MRO workflow: photograph the part and markings, record controlled mounting/shaft dimensions, equipment context and reason for replacement.

Include the latest revision, dimensions, tolerances, datums, interfaces, material/finish requirements, application, quantity, destination and required approval evidence.
Which material options are available?
Provide the grade and governing specification. Available material routes and supporting evidence are confirmed per inquiry; the site does not publish an unverified blanket range.
Can I send a confidential CAD file through the website?
The form accepts PDFs and images. Contact Runfeng first to agree the channel and confidentiality handling for CAD or sensitive files.
How are samples and lead time handled?
The route depends on design status, quantity, tooling/process needs, approval evidence and production status. Timing is confirmed in the written proposal.

What information is required for quotation?
Product identity, quantity, destination, application, drawings/dimensions, housing-only versus complete-unit scope, required documents, packaging and target date.
Can inspection reports or certificates be supplied?
List the document name, issuing party, standard/format, sampling or witness requirement and delivery stage. Availability, scope and cost must be confirmed in writing.
How should packaging requirements be stated?
Provide unit protection, quantity per package, labels, pallet/crate constraints, moisture/corrosion requirements, transport method and destination rules.
Is every product shown in the archive currently available?
No. Archive images document a visible product or project stage. Current supply scope, specification, quantity and timing are confirmed for the inquiry.
